Technical Update
It’s been a busy few months for Render Payment as we moved past the ICO and Exchange listing by partnering with HITBTC. Our attention has now shifted towards building on the technical aspects of the project that will lead us to BETA product testing, and then true customer adoption.
The non-blockchain roots of the project consisting of the website, and the Woo Commerce checkout module started on WordPress and continue to expand to all other major CMS platforms accordingly (see Roadmap). As we look towards the long-term success of the project, our desire has always been to scale well beyond those two technologies to support a multitude of shopping cart platforms and move into inventory control / management platforms. That being said, we put significant attention first into developing a world class user experience followed by converting our front-end websites to bootstrap. You can see the result of that by visiting www.renderpayment.com
With that work behind us, we re-designed the backend server platforms to position us to be ready to move towards scalability and payment processing. We are proud to say that the server conversion project was successful, and we are pleased with the results as well as the new security options it provides for us, and our future customers.
As we look forward to the next few weeks, the major task of our development team is to convert all the administrative and merchant side backend functionality over to the new platform and begin testing of same. That work is proceeding rapidly, and we will update the community along the way with screenshots, video, and further blog posts.
